The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners authorized county engineers to prepare and submit applications to the Ohio Public Works Commission’s State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP) or the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP) for round 2026–2027, a procedural step that makes projects eligible for state capital funding.
