The committee reviewed a slate of training and exercise opportunities for 2026 and beyond. Members were informed of the Rural Preparedness Summit in Elko, NV, scheduled for June 10–12; NNSS response and radiological detection instrument testing set for June 15–18; and an online Mass Fatalities Planning and Response course Sept. 21–22.
