Bridal Health and Recovery Board reports increased service use, highlights levy renewal

Bridal Health and Recovery Board executive director Amy Forinshall presented the FY25 report: she said the system served over 2,900 people in outpatient mental‑health treatment (a reported 31% increase from FY24), prevention programs reached more than 6,100 early‑childhood youth, and the board’s property‑tax levy (50% of revenue) is up for renewal this November.

Amy Forinshall, introduced as executive director of the Bridal Health and Recovery Board serving Warren and Clinton Counties, presented the board’s FY25 annual report and emphasized access and outcomes. "I always like to start by just talking about what our function is in the community..." Forinshall told the commissioners, and she reported that "over 2,900 individuals were served across our system in mental health outpatient treatment, which was a 31 percent increase over the, fiscal year 24, data." She also said prevention programs reached "over 6,100 early childhood youth, across 421 classrooms," and that more than "9,300 students across 13 schools participated in programming on substance use prevention, suicide prevention, and healthy relationships and life skills."
