The Appearance Review Commission approved a modification to a previously approved Appearance Review Certificate for 418 Ridge Road on June 1, adding a condition limiting exterior lighting to 3000 Kelvin. Planner Adam Beaver introduced the item and presenter Emily Atia said the light temperature of the exterior sconces will be 3000K or below; Commissioner Jonathan Zee described the modifications as a “big improvement.” Commissioner Doug Johnson moved to approve the modification; Commissioner Zee seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
