The Appearance Review Commission on June 1 unanimously approved an Appearance Review Certificate for an awning at 1120 Central Avenue after Planner Adam Beaver told the panel the proposal conforms to code. Chair Devan Castellano presided over the meeting, and Commissioner Doug Johnson made the motion to approve, which Commissioner Richard Brill seconded.
