Planning staff previews Macquarie Branch PDD; code enforcement reports routine on-site resolutions
Planning staff told the council the Macquarie Branch plan-development-district has been held twice by PNZ for written revisions and expects a recommendation at the October planning council meeting. Staff also reported 32 control routes and six additional violations identified during routine work.

Joe Alexander, who presented the planning department summary, told the council the Macquarie Branch plan-development-district has been reviewed twice by the planning-and-zoning commission (PNZ) and that PNZ asked for written changes before making a recommendation. "As you know, it's been PNZ twice now," Alexander said, adding that staff expects a formal recommendation at the October planning council meeting.
