Commission approves preliminary plat for Rafael Estates subdivision
Planning staff recommended and the commission approved the preliminary plat for Rafael Estates, a ~7.21-acre tract to be subdivided into six roughly 1-acre residential lots with water from Military Water Supply Corporation and sewer by the City of San Juan.

Monica presented the Rafael Estates preliminary plat (described as phase 2, phase 1 clarification), saying the subdivision covers a 7.21-acre tract about 1,000 feet east of Stuart Road on the south side with six residential lots of about one acre each and direct access along Holy Cross Road. She said water service will be provided by Military Water Supply Corporation and sewer by the City of San Juan; planning and zoning staff recommended approval of the preliminary plan.
