Powell’s City Council approved the final plat for Phase One of First Development Park (portion of Lot 68-D, 68 Amended) at its Feb. 18 meeting. Councilman Zane Logan moved to approve the final plat; Councilman Geoff Hovivian seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
