The Gladwin County Board voted to go into closed session at 10:44 a.m. to discuss collective bargaining strategy pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(c). The motion to enter closed session carried on a roll call (Ayes: Visnaw, O'Donnell, Moore, Winarski, Donaldson). The Board returned to open session at 11:26 a.m., and the meeting adjourned at 11:27 a.m.
