Grant Administrator Kimberly Hines described the Rural Readiness Grant opportunity during new business and asked for Board support to submit a letter of interest. Commissioner Tami O’Donnell moved to support the submission and Commissioner Tom Winarski seconded; the motion carried with no dissent.
