Health Department Director Brian Hatch and Deputy Director Rachelle Blackham presented three items grouped for approval: an amendment (#8) to Contract #2024‑0316 with the Utah Department of Health & Human Services for immunizations (receivable $103,815), Federal Transit Administration certifications for federal fiscal year 2026, and an agreement with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality for contracted used‑oil services ($12,315 receivable).
