The Terrell County Independent School District Board of Trustees voted 4–0 on Sept. 18 to adopt the Capital Projects Budget for 2024–25. Chief Financial Officer Blain Chriesman presented monthly expenditures, near‑final financials for 2023–24 and a projected ending fund balance before the vote.
