Residents warn of drainage, oversight gaps as MidAmerican Energy solar project advances

Public commenters told the Page County Board the county should use its statutory powers and the county attorney’s guidance to protect neighbors from runoff, drainage-tile damage and lax oversight as a MidAmerican Energy utility-scale solar proposal proceeds to the Iowa Utilities Commission.
