The drainage board considered five timely objection letters (and several late letters) and took the following formal actions: motions to partially deny or deny individual objections (Tim and Kathy High; Tim and Joy Shaw; James and Cheryl Ealy; Marvin/Norman Amy Hart; Miles Smith) were made and carried; the surveyor's reconstruction report and schedules were accepted into evidence; proposed findings of fact were approved; and the board moved to accept the petition for reconstruction per the surveyor's recommendation.
