After a lengthy Planning Commission review with developer representative Rich Craft, township staff moved to table the Wain Landscaping Land Development Plan pending outstanding HRG review items; the presenting engineer may contact the township engineer directly.

Members of the Planning Commission discussed the Wain Landscaping Land Development Plan with Rich Craft and identified outstanding items in HRG’s review. Manager Leo Rosenbauer moved to table the plan until the listed review items are addressed and asked Vice Chair Brian Noah to present the items to the owner; the motion was seconded by Bernie Shulik and carried.
