Several residents used public comment to press the Commission on past failures to enforce local regulations, and warned that the same gaps will exacerbate problems if large data centers are approved. Speakers described long-standing local examples — flags and cars in rights-of-way, construction trailers that remained in place after direction to move — and said routine code enforcement is inconsistent.
