Staff brought a workshop item to correct a published summary table that had omitted the Historic Preservation Commission’s existing duty to provide a recommendation on zoning‑map amendments in the historic overlay. Staff described the omission as a scrivener’s error in the table and said the underlying code already requires the HPC to provide a recommendation to Planning & Zoning and City Council.
