Council accepts Amazon traffic study, releases bond after engineer reports stable counts

Engineer Steve Eby told council the Amazon traffic study was completed in December and that "some of the numbers went down," concluding the study looked comparable to prior counts. On that basis, Mrs. Wall moved and Mr. Thoma seconded approval to accept the traffic study and release the bond; the roll call was six yes and the motion carried.
