Rolla council unanimously approves Mulligans On Main building permit
The Rolla City Council approved a building permit for Mulligans On Main at a June 8 special meeting. Councilmember Damond Schemmel moved to approve the permit; Councilmember William Fritz seconded and all members present voted "aye."

Mayor Kevin Juntunen called the Rolla City Council special meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. on June 8, 2026. Council reviewed a building permit application for Mulligans On Main submitted by applicants Jade Malaterre and Eric McCloud for the property described as "OTS E 12.5’ of N 60’ Lot 6 Blk 10." City Attorney Rachael Mickelson Hendrickson and City Manager Valerie McCloud were recorded as present.
