Consultants said they contacted owners of the seven shortlisted parcels and were able to reach five owners, receiving generally positive but noncommittal interest in selling. "We were able to make contact with 5 of the 7, and we got some generally positive interest in selling, but it's so early that it wasn't a strong yes yes," Carl Huffnagle said.
