Clark County sheriff's sergeant warns riders after 12-year-old's e-motorcycle crash

Sergeant Matt Volker of the Clark County Sheriff's Office recounted a recent response to a collision in which a 12-year-old riding an electric motorcycle at night collided with a vehicle and suffered serious injuries, including broken bones. Volker said the juvenile survived but stressed the crash “could have been avoided by following all the rules that we currently have in the state of Washington as they relate to e motorcycle and e bicycle safety.”
