The board accepted a donation of weight-room equipment from the Boomer family, with district staff estimating replacement-value equivalence of roughly $60,000 to $100,000 for the items contributed. The equipment will be assembled over the summer and district leaders said they will hold a community meeting to share plans for reconfiguring locker/weight-room space to accommodate the donation.
