At a called meeting on Jan. 26 the Chattahoochee County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted a resolution setting qualifying fees for the 2026 local elections. The resolution cites O.C.G.A. § 21-2-131 and lists the qualifying fee for County Commissioner at $362.00 and for County Board of Education Member at $72.00.
