Council approved Resolution #2025‑56 authorizing release and closure of the grading permit escrow account for the Green Ridge Estates – West project in the amount of $4,264.00. The resolution was moved by Robin Schilling and seconded by Dave Worthington; Councilman Randy Faulkner is recorded as abstaining from the vote.
