Developer presents broad vision for 70th Street corridor; seeks partnership with MATC

Cobalt Partners presented a high‑level concept for redevelopment around the 70th Street corridor — an area the presenter described as a mix of office, new residential and institutional parcels. Scott Yell of Cobalt Partners said the proposal is an exploratory, 30,000‑foot view intended to spark partnership talks, not a permit application: “So they're they're certainly amenable to it, but they wanna make sure it fits in with the master plan.”
