Carbondale trustees voted unanimously to approve Ordinance No. 4, Series of 2026, and the related development improvements agreement for the 242256 Main Street mixed-use project. Staff presented the applicant's revised submission, which withdrew alternate compliance requests, removed rooftop access and altered the third-floor plan to create slightly larger residential units and additional storage.
