The Clark County Fiscal Court approved Order 2026-69 May 13 appointing Jason Disney to the county Tax Appeals Board. The appointment is effective immediately (May 13, 2026) with a term ending December 31, 2028; Magistrate Konstantopoulos moved for appointment and Magistrate Davis seconded, and the court voted unanimously to confirm Disney.
