The Clark County Fiscal Court authorized the Judge/Executive to solicit, receive, evaluate, negotiate and execute documents necessary to purchase a front‑end loader and a compost spreader for county compost operations. The motion to approve Order 2026‑102 was made by Magistrate Konstantopoulos and seconded by Magistrate Blanton; all present magistrates and the Judge voted yea.
