Board awards $1.11 million drainage improvement contract to Clark Construction with contingency
The Board approved awarding four phases of the River Ridge Phase 2 Drainage Improvement project to The Clark Construction Group, Inc., including an added 5% contingency, for a not-to-exceed total of $1,111,860.

District engineer Charlie Krebs and operations/staff reviewed competitive bids for the Drainage Improvement Project and recommended adding 5% more contingency, raising the Grand Total from $1,058,914.45 to $1,111,860 to cover unknown unit costs such as tree removal and sprinkler head adjustments.
