On July 23 the Clark County Fiscal Court approved Order 2026-113 appointing Chad Abner to the Winchester-Clark County Recreational, Tourist & Convention Commission for a term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. Magistrate Konstantopoulos moved for the appointment and Magistrate Pasley seconded; the vote was unanimous.
