On Aug. 12, 2026, the Clark County Fiscal Court approved the first reading of Ordinance 2026-07, which would authorize execution of a local development area agreement to establish and implement a Local Development Area (LDA) tax increment financing district known as the Colby Road LDA within the City of Winchester.
