The council rescinded Resolution 2025-13, removing previously recorded applications to TxDOT's Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside program for sidewalks along Highway 36, FM 2187 and Main Street. The motion passed unanimously.

The Sealy City Council voted to rescind Resolution 2025-13, which memorialized the city's applications to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) 2025 Transportation Alternatives (TA) set-aside program for sidewalk construction and improvement along Highway 36, FM 2187 and Main Street. Councilwoman Dee Anne Lerma moved to rescind the resolution and Councilman Bradley Miller seconded; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
