Mayor Brim informed trustees that Don Meixner and Jeff Ferris resigned from the Planning/Zoning Board. The record shows Robert Meixner was moved from alternate to full member, creating two open alternate positions. Deputy Mayor Gustafson moved to accept the resignations and Trustee Bates seconded; the motion carried with all present voting in favor.
