Sinking Spring to advertise 2025 budgets, adds coordinator post and equipment leases

Borough Manager Michael Hart presented the 2025 proposed budgets and asked Council to approve advertising them for adoption at the next meeting. He told Council that the Emergency Services Fund shows a modest surplus but the borough is awaiting notice from the county on dispatch fees; the Sewer Fund remains largely unchanged but includes adding another operator at the plant. "The income side is looking good with the increased permit fees from the buildings at Village Greens and with the interest we are getting right now on our money," Hart said.
