Council President Tracy Peterson opened the Jan. 9 meeting and the Borough Council voted to award the Phase Two demolition contract to BRB Contractors for $56,000. Borough Manager Michael Hart said the bid covers demolition of four homes, two garages, removal of asphalt, capping of services and topsoiling until future construction.
