The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners voted to continue the LifeQuest Campus and Retreat Center rezone (file 25Zone3797) to Sept. 28, 2026 at 3 p.m.; the motion was made by Commissioner Kristen Stevens and passed 2-0 with one commissioner absent.

The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners on Aug. 24, 2026 agreed to continue consideration of the LifeQuest Campus and Retreat Center rezone, file number 25Zone3797, to Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, at 3 p.m. Commissioner Kristen Stevens moved the continuance, saying, "I move to continue the LifeQuest campus and retreat center rezone file number 25Zone3797 to Monday, 09/28/2026 at 3PM at the land use hearing." Planning Manager Jenny Axmaker had read the case into the record and identified the applicant as David Karchar.
