Staff reported that the Pecan District team did not deliver a ready update at the Oct. 22 meeting because they are still working through land‑use nuances and reimbursement questions. The presenter said, "They were gonna come provide you an update. They aren't quite ready yet... Hopefully, by your January meeting, they'll be able to provide an update on that and kind of, how they intend to move forward."
