Valerie Johnson, a county resident, thanked the Mayor for attending the Hidden Sanctuary Gala and reported the sanctuary "raised $10,000 to assist with future facility upgrades." She said the organization is moving forward independently with a voucher program and requested Council consider placing an item on a future agenda to finalize a potential voucher-program partnership with the City of Orland.
