The extension office asked the court to evaluate options to close off the kitchen from the meeting area, fix or replace an ice maker, and eventually replace shredding pleather chairs. Commissioners asked staff to review costs and designs and report back.

Commissioners and extension staff discussed closing the kitchen from the meeting area to better control access during events and cooking demonstrations. Commissioner asked Miss McDonald to talk with Brad about options and costs; Miss McDonald said she would follow up. She also noted the office bought a new ice maker after the old unit failed, and discussed temporary partitioning options such as folding panels to allow demonstrations while limiting general access.
