The City Council of the City of Navasota, Grimes County, Texas, met in a special session Aug. 4, 2025, at the Navasota Center for a workshop on a proposed Comprehensive Plan intended to guide the city's future growth and policy priorities. Mayor Bert Miller called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., and the record notes a quorum of councilmembers was present.
