Trustees approved six new Special Education positions including a Director of Special Education, School Psychologist and speech-language roles; each position was approved unanimously and is intended to expand services for students with disabilities.

The Cotulla ISD Board on Feb. 24 approved multiple Special Education positions aimed at strengthening services for students with disabilities. The approved positions include School Psychologist; Licensed Specialist in School Psychology; Director of Special Education and Student Support Services; Diagnostician; Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant; and Speech-Language Pathologist.
