County staff read a series of line-item budget estimates during an informational hearing. Kennan (identified by the Chair as the person to begin readings) read, "The general fund is a budget estimate of 21,503,343," and continued with figures for reassessment ($334,500), Bond No. 4 ($1,760,000), Local income tax ($2,597,860) and Public Safety local income tax ($1,560,412).
