The Henry County Council opened a public hearing and read proposed budget estimates for numerous county funds. "We are officially at 03:00. So we're here to open the Henry County Council public hearing," the Chair said as the meeting began. Kennan, a county staff member asked to read the figures, read the general fund estimate as $21,503,343 and continued through a list of line-item estimates.
