City Engineer Tim Parker advised the board and the council authorized Mayor Gunn to sign a stop-work order for Thompson Brothers Drilling, Inc., effective July 23, 2025. The motion was moved by Alderman Mason Herrin and seconded by Alderman Brian Grantham and carried by unanimous vote.
