Commission approves $60,000 administrative amendment for 2025 TxCDBG project
The commission approved an amendment to the Interlocal Contract for administrative services tied to the City of Dumas 2025 TxCDBG project (CDV25-0298) that covers a $60,000 administrative fee, a change requested by Panhandle Regional Planning Commission staff to keep the project within funding limits.

Jarian Fred of the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission told the commission the amendment is needed to ensure the 2025 Texas Community Development Block Grant project (Project #CDV25-0298) remains within the available funding range. He said the amendment would cover a $60,000 administrative fee. The commission voted to approve the amendment; the motion was made by Commissioner Gillespie and seconded by Commissioner Brooks.
