County planning staff presented two land-use items in District 2: a replat of Murray Estates combining four lots into two 10-acre parcels and a final plat to split a 5-acre parcel into two lots (one about 3 acres, the other just over 2 acres) near SE 59th and Pottawatomie Road. Staff said both items had been unanimously approved by the Planning Commission.
