Town staff presented a rezoning request May 4 for parcel 104-A-15B, a little more than 2.5 acres located on Route 211 East/East Old Cross Road in New Market. "The public hearing is to rezone the parcel from Transitional Zoning to Business District B-1," Mr. Garrison, town clerk and presenter, said during a PowerPoint overview of the site.
