The Athens Village Board advanced work on its wastewater treatment plant project during the June 22 meeting. Trustee Perkins presented a pay request (pay request #9) from contractor August Winter for $326,221.12; the board approved the payment pending receipt of certified payroll records that meet Clean Water Fund (CWF) program requirements.
