The Green Options Committee discussed a draft request for proposals for a 50 kW solar array at the Town recycling center and plans to present the RFP to the Town Board tentatively on June 2, 2026. Members who met with Town Engineer Joe Finora reported the RFP will include energy-management performance criteria and optional battery storage; the minutes note that the project deadline remains 12/31/27.
