The Jefferson Select Board met Oct. 6 and took updates on several local roads and winter preparedness. Road Commissioner Nathan Northrup told the board that work on North Mountain Road has not yet been completed because he intended to perform the work himself but expects to be on site within the next few weeks. Board member Robert Clark Jr. confirmed he had also spoken with Northrup about the timing.
